A Chicago rapper who hired a hitman to kill his own mother so that he can have access to her bank accounts and life insurance, has been sentenced to 99 years in prison.
The rapper rose, Qaw’mane Wilson AKA “Young QC” was on Friday found guilty of murder-for-hire last year, and sentenced to spend the rest of his life behind bars. The gunman, Eugene Spencer, was sentenced to 100 years.

In 2012, Wilson, who was the only child of his mother hired a hitman Eugene Spencer to kill her so he could have access to her account. Yolanda Holmes was shot and stabbed to death by an assassin after she was ordered by Wilson to “make sure the b * tch is dead.”
He also revealed that Spencer drove home Wilson rapper boyfriend to kill her mother.
He reportledly Ms.Holmes shot as she slept in her bed, then fought with her boyfriend, knocking him unconscious, before returning to stab Holmes after a telephone conversation with Wilson, who ordered him to “make sure that bitch is dead.”
Months after the death of his mother, Wilson raised money in the bank accounts of his mother and used to fund his lavish lifestyle.
On another occasion, he withdrew thousands of dollars from bank and threw lumps of cash to the throngs of people who say it’s fans. He captures moments in a YouTube video that is played for the jury.
Cook County Judge Stanley Sacks said during the punishment Holmes is a faithful mother who gave her whatever she wanted.
“Whatever he wants, his mother gave him. Car. A job. One could say he’s spoiled. “He gave Qaw’mane life, and it was his choice to take the road from him,” said Judge Sacks court yesterday.
